Banks in bed with Muslims over Bendigo Protestors Account

The Bendigo Bank fiasco all started when a group of Bendigo citizens heard about plans to build a huge new mosque in their city. Knowing that a mosque would bring untold trouble, as they had seen happen in other places where mosques were built, they decided to get together and work out ways to oppose the development application.

Oh piggy bendover bank!

They formed the Concerned Citizens of Bendigo group and opened a bank account to deposit donations they planned to raise from other concerned citizens.

But they soon found out that the Bendigo Bank is in bed with the Muslims. As opposition to the mosque grew the bank took it upon themselves to censor the protestors. The bank closed the Concerned Citizens account, stating that it did not meet the Banks Community Standards. This certainly raised a few eyebrows, because the Bendigo Bank markets itself as a Community Bank!

When news of the account closure got out over Facebook it created a huge backlash against the bank. To date, depositors have closed their accounts to the tune of at least $60 million, and many investors have divested themselves of their stock in the bank. The drain has not ended yet. In fact, it is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.

Meanwhile, the bank has stood firm on its decision, claiming the moral high ground. What a shame they cant understand that We the People can see right through the sham.

In an effort to counter the bad publicity that its actions caused the Bank put up a statement on its Facebook Page:

In response to recent questions and commentary regarding our decision to close an account. This was a considered decision by our Bank, and we respect everyones right to voice their opinions. Equally we have a right to ours, and we want to do business with organisations whose values align with our own. Our Bank values tolerance and inclusiveness, qualities which are an important part of a strong community. This is the only comment we will be making here on this matter. ^Jeanette

This only served to upset even more people. They flocked to the Stop the Bendigo Mosque Facebook page to voice their displeasure. They also vented their anger on the Bendigo Bank page where some of the comments were, shall we say, less than pleasant.

The account closure prompted the members of the Concerned Citizens group to start digging into the reasons behind it. Working to the old maxim, follow the money they soon started to yield results.

While they were digging into the Bendigo Banks motives the Concerned Citizens group was not giving up. They approached National Australia Bank (NAB), only to find that the bank declined to open a bank account for them. Not surprising really, as the group quickly learned that NAB is a major shareholder in the Bendigo Bank through its wholly owned subsidiary National Nominees.

So Concerned Citizens went to the Commonwealth Bank. To their surprise they found that the CBA also refused to open an account for them as did Bank Macquarie, and Westpac all claiming a values clash.

Where indeed?

Finally their accountant offered Concerned Citizens the use of one of his accounts at the Macquarie Bank. But their joy was short lived. They quickly found that this account was closed as well and the accountant also lost his standing with that bank as a result. Their first inkling came when they tried to log into the online banking facility only to find that there was no account to log into. When their accountant asked the bank what had happened they told him they had closed the account. However, they did promise that they would mail him the cheque for the missing money.

A supporter has revealed that the Macquarie is handling the sale of the Rural Finance Corporation for the State of Victoria, and that the Bendigo Bank is the only buyer in a no tender no public offering tender sale.

The supporter also found that J.P Morgan had advised the Victorian Government not to go to tender. Strange indeed, until it was found that J.P Morgan is also a shareholder in the Bendigo Bank!

The Bendigo Bank started the ball rolling that has sparked a chain-reaction throughout the banking system. Now, all the banks have closed ranks to protect themselves against We the People, not understanding that we have the power to stop them dead in their tracks and uncover every bit of dirt on them there is. They have prodded the tiger and now we are baring our teeth.

Not surprisingly, the Politicians will only side with the perceived winners, and to date that has been the Banks. However, this is likely to change. We the People are uniting as the murky facts in this distasteful drama are pealed back, layer by stinking layer.

Mike Hirst, the Bendigo Banks CEO, tried to explain to Kent Baylay of the Gold Coast Sentinel in an off the record interview that was later uploaded to the Internet that the bank made a morally based decision against a group they considered a bunch of racists.

Mike Hirst didnt let the facts get in the way of his attempted whitewash. Like just about everything that come out of his mouth he appeared less than truthful, to use the words of Dr. Alexander Douglas MP.

Dr. Douglas deserves the title The Honourable Member for Gaven in Queensland for his revelations on the Alan Jones radio show exposing the extent of the corruption within the banking and political systems of Australia.

As a result of his revelations the true facts are emerging and we are connecting the dots. The Bendigo Bank has been lying through its collective teethand then some.

It transpires that the property that surrounds the intended site of the Mosque in Bendigo is actually owned by a company controlled by an ex-Director of the Bendigo Bank and Chairman of Bendigo Telco. Mr. Don Erskine with his son Mark are involved in the Brickworks development.

At first glance, it looks like closing the Concerned Citizens account was just a favour done by Mike Hirst and the Board of Directors of the Bendigo Bank for an old friend. Obviously, they wanted to silence any opposition. After all, what is the small matter of closing a customers bank account when weighed against a $4 Million windfall?

Next, the Concerned Citizens found out that the Bendigo City Council is about to sit in Chambers to discuss re-zoning all that land to high density residential.

The land owner and his partners stand to make a SUBSTANTIAL capital gain out of that deal. No wonder this mosque application has generated so much controversy.

Once the mosque is built hundreds, if not thousands more Muslims will move into the area. They will want somewhere to live: And where better than right next door to the mosque?

Perhaps this explains why the mosque application proposes such a LARGE facility. Its not just for the few dozen Muslims living in Bendigo today. They are planning on building up a substantial Islamic presence there.

What does this mean for the local residents?

Well, as we have already seen, if your business or group dares go against the plans of this mob you will be targeted, just as the Concerned Citizens Group were, and told to take your business elsewhere. Of course, they will make sure that it is just as impossible to open a new business or bank account, as the Concerned Citizens Group has. Since being rejected by the Bendigo Bank they have been unable to open a new account at any bank in Bendigo!

The consequences, if the mosque is approved, will be catastrophic for any Australian businesses currently operating in the area. They will soon find that they are targeted by the Muslims in a concerted effort to move them out so that Muslims can move in. This will happen in a number of ways. Businesses will be broken into, people will be attacked, rubbish will be dumped outside their doors, windows broken, cars parked to block access.

If you think this is an over-reaction you only have to look at what has happened in other western countries. This is a standard practice wherever a mosque is built. Residents are forced to move and if they refuse their lives are made such hell that in the end they are happy to move even if they lose money selling their property. In some cases, people are killed.

As more Muslims move into the area traffic problems will increase. Crime will become rampantMuslims are not exactly always law abiding citizens. They put their Islamic sharia law before any western laws. Their loyalty is not to the country they live in but to Islam and sharia law.

Noise pollution will become a burden on all residents. The call to prayer will be blasted out of loudspeakers from the mosque from early morning to late in the evening.

But all this is in the future.

The biggest worry for Bendigo residents today is the impending City Council meeting to approve the application to re-zone that all important land around the proposed mosque. If this happens then there will be no stopping the mosque or the subsequent destruction of the peace and tranquillity of Bendigo.

Is this what Bendigo residents want?

If anyone knows where this “AUSTRALIA” described below is situated in the universe, I would like to move there.

The Australia on earth once followed the description below. It now suffers a corrupt parliament that ignores the peoples constitution and introduced one of their own (Australia Act 1986) all without a required referendum vote of yes from the people that now have their rights violated. Queens Elizabeth II removed as monarch head of state making a political appointed compliant Governor General the royal substitutes under the Australia act 1986 7.(2).

This duopoly government have removed freedom of assembly, control the judiciary no longer compliant to the Westminster system, legislated against freedom of speech and freedom of expression, host 24 hour surveillance control of the population while condoning a corrupt electoral system ensuring only one of two political parties hold government to maintain total control.

Saudi Arabia has 100,000 tents siting empty that can accommodate 3 million people

While European countries are being lectured about their failure to take in enough refugees, Saudi Arabia – which has taken in precisely zero migrants – has 100,000 air conditioned tents that can house over 3 million people sitting empty.

The sprawling network of high quality tents are located in the city of Mina, spreading across a 20 square km valley, and are only used for 5 days of the year by Hajj pilgrims. As the website Amusing Planet reports, “For the rest of the year, Mina remains pretty much deserted.”

The tents, which measure 8 meters by 8 meters, were permanently constructed by the Saudi government in the 1990’s and were upgraded in 1997 to be fire proof. They are divided into camps which include kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The tents could provide shelter for almost all of the 4 million Syrian refugees that have been displaced by the country’s civil war, which was partly exacerbated by Saudi Arabia’s role in funding and arming jihadist groups.

However, as the Washington Post reports, wealthy Gulf Arab nations like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and others have taken in precisely zero Syrian refugees. Although Saudi Arabia claims it has taken in 500,000 Syrians since 2011, rights groups point out that these people are not allowed to register as migrants. Many of them are also legal immigrants who moved there for work. In comparison, Lebanon has accepted 1.3 million refugees – more than a quarter of its population.

While it refuses to take in any more refugees, Saudi Arabia has offered to build 200 mosques for the 500,000 migrants a year expected to pour into Germany.

Saudis argue that the tents in Mina are needed to host the annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, but given that the Arabic concept of Ummah is supposed to offer protection to all Muslims under one brotherhood, surely an alternative location could be found so that Mina can be repurposed to house desperate families fleeing war and ISIS persecution?

While Europe is being burdened by potentially millions of people who don’t share the same culture or religion as the host population, Gulf Arab states refuse to pull their weight, resolving only to throw money at the problem.

The likelihood of the Saudis inviting Syrian refugees to stay in Mina is virtually zero, but the thousands of empty tents serve as a physical representation of the hypocrisy shared by wealthy Gulf Arab states when it comes to helping with the crisis.

One Extreemely Pissed Off Aussie Infidel

It’s not asylum seeking when they travel through several safe countries to get to AUSTRALIA. It’s money seeking.

If they were genuine refugees fleeing persecution and not a threat to our children I would be the first one to put my hand up to assist them. But most of are coming from extremely violent countries where violence is all they know.

Most of them belong to a barbaric anti western, anti women, anti disbelievers, ideology from the Stone Age.

These people have already proven themselves to be detrimental to every country they infest. Social upheaval, soaring crime rates is always a result.

How can we import the exact same people and expect a different outcome?

This will only end in tears.

60 Politicians To Jump Ship For The Money

Sixty elected members of the federal parliament have now reported they have made the decision not to run in the upcoming next election!

It’s a very high number compared to previous elections. Some of them tell us that it’s for family reasons, others for their desire to serve their fellow citizens in other fields and many other great stories to make us cry for them.

Besides all the tear jerking that politicians have been giving about retiring here is something else to consider.

Coming at the end of 2015 a change in the pension for MP’s ensures that the age of full retirement for an MP having served at least 6 years, will no longer be 55 years but 65 years. Thus any MP not yet 65 and who wants to benefit from the present pension scheme need only not run in the next election and thus will draw for 10 years longer a government pension of over $100,000/year.

Now under THEIR rules we the people born after 1955 have to work until we are nearly 68 and a sliding scale prevails thereafter.

These elected persons are well accounted for rorting the system something they excel at while turning their hand to penalising pensioners, invalids, veterans, etc, by reducing payments as a show of accountability.

Insider information politicians have should be treated as inside trading with financial institutions bringing them also to account.

For an elected MP approaching 55 and who is not running, that means about $1 MILLION that he/she would not receive should he/she run and win again. One should also add the severance premium (between $80,000 and $125,000) upon his/her departure.

We understand better now all these sudden “family emergencies”, appreciate the newfound desire to advance his/her career in a government job or a committee of some sort and have two or three salaries (and possibly two or three pensions).

Peter Spencer Launches Appeal

Hi every one,

The actual Appeals hearing will either be commencing in March or May next year. The Appeals are heard at 2 periods. As you can see lots to do between now and then. I will probably seek May as Christmas late Dec and all of Jan are unproductive from the legal fraternity’s perspective. I have much to do and time is of the essence.

Thankfully they have agreed to a range of ways to assist us including the preparation of the Court Appeal books and this saves us a lot of money……

I will also be seeking free, in tomorrow’s proceedings, approval from the Judge for the transcript for the 1^st Interlocutory hearing before Mortimer J – the one for the vacation of the original trial dates. That transcript would be another $2/3000.

The discussions in planning this document went very well and I found them, the Respondents, very constructive. At least the need for vast sums of money has been totally removed – especially as the submission for the waiver of all court fees ( completed 2 weeks ago ) has been successful with the FDA Registry.

Even the lodgement of the appeal would have been $4500. Plus all the Court Appeal books, and the daily appearance fees as per tomorrow at approx +/- $3000 per day.

The Court Books of Appeal being agreed to as now being the responsibility of the Australian Government Solicitors ( and they have agreed to do this in the 2nd draft proposed orders, now inclusive ) is remarkable. This is a massive job that has been circumvented, the contents are not up for question it is the sheer volume. The contents are only as per the trial.

So we gain nothing by doing the work – yet at great cost.

We will see how we go in Court tomorrow. New judge and all – Judge Griffith appointed 2012

The actual Appeal will be three Judges.

Debt Summit calls for government moratorium on bank foreclosures

A meeting of more than 300 cattle producers at Charters Towers has called on the federal government to create the Australian Development and Reconstruction Board and place a moratorium on bank foreclosures before the State’s cattle industry completely collapsed.

Called by the Member for Dalrymple, Shane Knuth the crisis meeting followed on from a similar meeting held by the Member for Mt Isa, Robbie Katter at Winton last year.

Producers demanded the federal and state governments act immediately to introduce the ADRB, modelled on the Rural Reconstruction Board of 30 years ago which was designed to absorb the “toxic” trading bank interest debt that has engulfed primary industries and to issue low interest development funds for primary producers and small business.

More than 20 resolutions were passed unanimously by the gathering of desperate and often distraught cattle producers.

“While an unprecedented 80 per cent of the state is reeling under a drought declaration, producers heard how social media and 60 Minutes superstar Charlie Phillott, 81, of Winton, beat the ANZ Bank and had his property returned with a substantial settlement“.

Mr Phillott’s plight has been closely monitored by the 60 Minutes television show and scored an Australian record 3.5 million hits on Toowoomba veterinarian David Pascoe’s social media site.

He urged producers to stick together when fighting questionable behaviour by the banks.

He said he had never missed a repayment but when the bank restructured his loan he was unable to manage and was eventually put off his Winton property after the bank took it over.

“All of us here owe a great deal of gratitude to Bob Katter for he saw my position and stood by me for two years ,” Mr Phillott said.

Primary Industries Minister Bill Byrne when addressing the meeting started an uproar when he said the State Government would not be building more dams because there was “no business return” from farming.

Charters Towers cattleman Mick Pemble attacked the Minister asking why he could not build dams, and “…do what everybody else in this room does and borrow the bloody money!”

“If I could make it rain I would, but our resources are finite and we are working on what can be done in the circumstances,” Mr Byrne said.

“There are amendments before Parliament and our policy is that water is critical to agriculture but the government capacity to fund such a project is limited.

“If you build dams in the city or for mining you get capital back but for agriculture you do not get capital back.

He said federal money or private investment would be needed to build dams.

Meeting chairman Shane Knuth said he was aware of highly questionable behaviour by bank-appointed receivers that had caused a lot of grief to families through no fault of their own.

He said there were many hundreds of northern producers in financial difficulties and the local industry could collapse unless the bank debt issue was resolved.

“I know some of you want to speak, and I am aware that confidentiality agreements stop you from telling us about what the receivers have done to you, but everyone is behind you and we must stop the foreclosures,” Mr Knuth said.

Burdekin farmer Max Menzell asked the Minister why police were involved when foreclosures took place adding that they should not be used by the banks and receivers as debt collectors because foreclosures were a civil matter.

The Minister strongly defended the use of police stating categorically: “That is the law.”

Mr Knuth said more meetings and what actions should be taken would be called unless the government brought the banks into line and stopped foreclosures immediately.

Mr Phillott said the northern grazing industry and businesses owed Bob Katter a great deal of gratitude for giving producers a voice in dealing with banks and foreclosures.

Bob Katter addresses 300 desperate cattle producers and small businessmen at the Charters Towers Debt Summit. Resolutions passed called on the federal government to halt farm foreclosures immediately and enact the Australian Development and Reconstruction Board to absorb toxic bank debt or the northern industry could collapse.

Assaulting and strip searching, a woman (Joanne Martin) in custody that included male officers, resulted in her finger being broken and a humiliating march through the Perth Lockup naked. The WA Police Commissioner dismissing the facts on video stating “It Was Lawful” and not one officer involved has been dismissed or charged. This confirms further that law enforcement in Australia is unaccountable, out of control, riddled with corruption and being run akin to “Mafia Thugs”. (Footage from Channel 9 News)

NOTE: Further to this the Police Officers and government public servants that were found giving false evidence in their case brought against Robert Paul CPO, found not guilty of all charges in Perth, still have not been charged with perjury and are currently conducting their corrupt business as usual.

Unlike the older and more complex Kashrut (Jewish dietary laws) designed to serve the small observant Jewish community, Halal certification schemes are widely imposed on non-Muslims. Certification schemes began in the 1980s and are funded by consumers through a multi-level system of one off and recurring fees, paid by suppliers to Islamic organisations.
It is in effect a hidden Islamic tax on goods and services.

The extent of this Islamic ‘tax’ becomes clear when we understand who contributes to these schemes:

The four major dairy companies
Over 75% of poultry suppliers
Over 60% of abattoirs processing sheep
More than 50% of abattoirs processing cattle
Generalists like Simplot, Unilever, Nestle, Kraft and many more

The global market for halal-certified products and services is estimated to be worth more than USD2.3 trillion, expanding by 20% per year. These schemes are not limited to food alone, with products and services ranging from halal certified cosmetics to water, trucks, warehousing and sharia finance there is no limit to the schemes. Plans are in place to certify every step of the market from suppliers of animal feed, to food processing and eventually the transport to your supermarket and shopping bag.Companies who believe non-Muslims do not care, pass on the extra cost to consumers. Few products are labelled as certified halal, when in fact most meat and dairy produce bought in supermarkets, or when eating out, are now halal certified for a fee. There is no other religious group imposing such a broad, tax-like scheme on our supply chain.

We propose the following policies:

1. Apply The ‘User Pays’ Principle

If observant Muslims insist on special rituals and halal certification for their food, then Islamic community organisations should provide these services and cover the fees and extra expenses for our suppliers. Religion is always a contentious issue and should never be imposed onto others. Some Muslim clerics have already spoken out against those schemes, read “The Halal Certification Fiasco” to understand their concerns.

2. Insist On Clear Labelling

All products and services from halal-certified suppliers should be clearly labelled by one standard symbol. This way the consumer can recognise when meat, meat-based products or other products and services come from halal-certified sources. Australian consumers can then make a conscious decision.

3. End Workplace Discrimination

In many Australian abattoirs only Muslim males can now find employment as slaughterers. Non-Muslims and women are considered haram – unclean. This is sharia law, manifest in discrimination on gender and religious grounds, applied with consent of AQIS and DAFF. However, we understand that ritually prepared meat is important to some religious Australians. To this end we propose that, similar to religious schools for which Australia permits some exemptions from non-discrimination laws, abattoirs wishing to conduct ritual slaughter must be owned and operated by a recognised religious organisation.
